This Privacy Policy describes how WINYA SOFT LLC ("WINYA SOFT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you access or use IFTAfy ("Service"), including our web application, mobile applications, and related integrations.
We do not sell your data. Your information is used only to operate, maintain, and improve IFTAfy.

- IFTAfy web application
- IFTAfy mobile applications (iOS & Android)
- APIs, integrations, and related services
1. Information We Collect
A. Account Information
When you create an account, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Password (stored in hashed form)
- Company name and business details (if applicable)
B. Location Data
Location information may be collected only when you enable location-based features in the app and grant device permission. Depending on your plan and settings, this may support optional live fleet visibility and/or fuel receipt location assistance.
Mileage and jurisdiction reporting rely primarily on trip information you enter (such as origin and destination) and routing services—not on continuous background GPS tracking for every mile.
Consent: Where location applies, collection is controlled by your device permissions and in-app settings.
C. Trip & Fuel Data
We collect and store information you enter or generate through the Service, including:
- Trip origins and destinations
- Routing and mileage calculations
- Fuel purchase entries and related metadata
- IFTA reporting data
D. Device & Technical Data
We may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- IP address
- Browser or device type
- Operating system
- Device identifiers or fingerprints (used for security and fraud prevention)
E. Payment Information
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. IFTAfy does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
F. Apple In-App Purchases (iOS)
If you subscribe through the IFTAfy iOS app, Apple processes payment as the merchant of record. We receive limited information needed to provide the Service (for example, product identifiers and subscription status). Apple's handling of your data is described in Apple's privacy policy and terms.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide mileage calculations, reports, and IFTA tools
- Enable fleet visibility and driver management features
- Maintain and secure user accounts
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Communicate service-related notices
- Improve platform performance and user experience
We do not sell your data.
3. Sharing of Information
We may share limited information only as necessary with:
- Stripe - for payment processing (web and non-Apple billing)
- Apple - for payment processing and subscription management when you subscribe through the IFTAfy iOS app
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) - for cloud hosting, storage, and infrastructure
- Service providers - who support essential platform operations under confidentiality obligations
- Law enforcement or regulators - only if required to comply with legal obligations or lawful requests
We do not share personal data for advertising or marketing resale purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain account, trip, fuel, and reporting data:
- For as long as your account remains active
- As necessary to provide the Service
- As required by applicable laws, tax regulations, or compliance obligations
You may request data export or account deletion as described below.
5. Security
We implement reasonable and appropriate security measures, including:
- Encrypted databases
- Secure AWS cloud infrastructure
- Token-based authentication
- TLS (HTTPS) encrypted communications
However, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge that transmitting and storing data online involves some inherent risk.
6. User Rights & Choices
- Access or export your data
- Update or correct account information
- Delete your account and associated data Independent drivers and company administrators can request deletion from the Delete Account page in the IFTAfy web app.
- Opt out of non-essential notifications
To submit a request (for example, if you cannot use the delete-account page), contact admin@iftafy.com.
7. Children's Privacy
IFTAfy is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
8. International Users
IFTAfy is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand and consent that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
