Delete your account or company

Account and company deletion are done only inside the IFTAfy app after you sign in. This page explains the steps. We do not process deletion requests from this website.

1 Independent drivers

  1. Sign in at app.iftafy.com.
  2. Open Profile (your account menu in the top right).
  3. Choose Delete account and follow the in-app steps.
  4. You will receive a confirmation link by email. Use that link to confirm deletion (you will be taken to the app to confirm).

2 Company admins (delete company)

To delete your company, you must complete the steps below in the app. Deletion cannot proceed until all drivers are removed and all vehicles are archived.

  1. Sign in at app.iftafy.com.
  2. Go to Company (or Company settings).
  3. Remove all drivers — deactivate or remove every company driver. You cannot delete the company while any drivers are still active.
  4. Archive all vehicles — archive every vehicle in the fleet. You cannot delete the company while any vehicles remain active.
  5. Then choose Delete company in the Danger zone and confirm Schedule deletion.
  6. Your company is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 7-day grace period. You can cancel deletion at any time before the deletion date from the same Company page.

Compliance and data retention

Certain records may be retained for up to 4 years to comply with IFTA reporting and audit requirements. Trip and mileage data are anonymized (personal identifiers removed) and kept only for audit history.

  • User profile (deleted)
  • Vehicles (deleted)
  • Receipts (deleted)
  • Company membership (removed)
  • Trips & mileage (anonymized, retained up to 4 years)
