Mileage review

  • All commercial trips for the quarter are logged
  • Jurisdiction miles sum to quarterly totals
  • Outlier trips are reviewed and documented

Fuel review

  • Every fuel purchase has gallons and jurisdiction
  • Receipts are attached or filed for tax-paid gallons
  • Fuel totals match receipts and card statements where used

Report review

  • Fleet MPG is reasonable for the quarter
  • Tax due or credit by jurisdiction is reviewed
  • Return matches supporting trip and fuel detail
